recently, i purchased some yummy meal replacement shakes to get my eating habits back to normal. i wish i would have ordered them earlier because these shakes are awesome. so awesome, that i make them at least once a day. and if i'm really lucky, twice a day! i like to replace breakfast and lunch. i'm not going to go into the nutritional specifics of this protein, but it's gluten and dairy free so its easy on my tummy.

one. 1 avocado
two. 1 banana
three. 2 tsp cinnamon
four. 8 oz. almond milk
five. handful of ice cubes
six. 1 tsp vanilla extract
seven. 2 scoops visalus protein
directions
one. put all ingredients in blender
two. blend
the smoothie is rich and creamy. just perfect. filled with potassium and carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein to keep you satisfied. perfect for pre-workout or post-workout! or if you just got your wisdom teeth pulled :)
