This blog will hold all my adventures with life, my dogs, running, recipes, and fitness. In this moment of my life I am the happiest because I have found what I love doing everyday-living a healthy lifestyle. I want this blog to be a place for me to share my favorite things in life.

Along with having fun in the kitchen and living a healthier lifestyle, this blog will show adventures with my husband and our boxers, Zeke and Molly.

 About Me 

Hi! I'm Jilly. I'm a 27-year old, ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I live in North Georgia with my handsome husband, Kyle. He has my heart. I have his heart. We have been married for three years and celebrate our anniversary on March 4th! We both LOVE to stay active by weight lifting. 



I love to workout and live a healthy lifestyle, cook healthy meals and influence others to do the same. We only have one life to live, so why not make it the best one!? I started my fitness journey in January of 2013 by running 3 miles a week, then moved up to 7 miles a week, then 12-17 miles a week. I set my focus on one goal - to run in a half marathon and FINISH! From there, I shifted my focus to bodybuilding. I have been training and focusing on muscle growth since October 2013. Since then, I have competed in an NPC show, placing 1st in Novice Figure and 2nd in Figure Open Class C. After my figure show, I incorporated more powerlifting into my training and I fell in love with the sport even more. I would classify my style of training as "powerbuilding". I train to compete in both powerlifitng meets and bodybuilding shows.
