About Me
Hi! I'm Jilly. I'm a 27-year old, ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I live in North Georgia with my handsome husband, Kyle. He has my heart. I have his heart. We have been married for three years and celebrate our anniversary on March 4th! We both LOVE to stay active by weight lifting.
I love to workout and live a healthy lifestyle, cook healthy meals and influence others to do the same. We only have one life to live, so why not make it the best one!? I started my fitness journey in January of 2013 by running 3 miles a week, then moved up to 7 miles a week, then 12-17 miles a week. I set my focus on one goal - to run in a half marathon and FINISH!
